Alex Price creates process-led paintings built from intersecting lines and gestures. Throughout his work, loaded brushstrokes give rise to unstable compositional structures that suggest fragments or frameworks in space without resolving into fixed forms. Varying in scale, density, and tension, his marks produce an evolving system through which each painting unfolds as image, object, and event.
